CBC’s are the North Carolina Democratic Party’s elite volunteer recruitment and management teams responsible for 4-5 precinct clusters. A CBC will recruit volunteers from within these precincts to raise Democratic awareness and to ultimately get people to come out and vote at election time. CBC members are the thousands of hard-working North Carolinian volunteers who are committed to winning local and state Democratic elections, having meaningful IMPACT, and CREATING positive improvements for their communities.

By joining you will learn how to:

  • Elect Democrats on the entire ticket
  • Mobilize a strong and coordinated GOTV effort
  • Organize all of the precincts in your county
  • Empower other Democrats to get involved
  • Strengthen the sense of community in your neighborhood

Who Should Join?

Precinct officers, county party officers, auxiliary groups, local activists, Obama Change Crew members, strong Democrats, unaffiliated voters who support Democratic principles.

Voter Registration • Canvassing • Phone Banking • Event Planning • Volunteer Recruitment • Fundraising
